Jalsa Salana UK – Private & Hired Tent Department








Tent Booking process:
- Initial Inquiry: Guests can contact the Jalsa Salana Office or the Tents Team via email at tent@jalsasalana.org.uk to inquire about tent availability.
- Request Forwarding: The Jalsa Salana Office will forward the request to the Tents Team for processing.
- Booking Form Submission: Guests must select their preferred tent type and complete the booking form, available on the Jalsa Salana Website.
- Required Confirmation: A confirmation or attestation from the guest’s Local Sadr Jamaat must be attached to the booking form. This is a mandatory requirement for tent applications.
- This confirmation can be a stamped letter (scanned and attached to the booking form) or an email from the Local Jamaat Sadr/General Secretary.
- If using email confirmation, it must be sent from an official Jamaat email address.
- Review & Payment Invoice: The Tents Team will review the request once the booking form is submitted. If approved, a payment invoice will be sent to the email address provided in the booking form.
- Payment & Booking Confirmation: After the guest completes the online bank transfer to the Jalsa Salana bank account, the Tents Admin Team will send a booking confirmation, including a booking reference.
