Jalsa Salana UK – Private & Hired Tent Department








Tent Booking process:
- Initial Inquiry – Guests may contact the Jalsa Salana Office at admin@jalsasalana.org.uk or the Tents Team via email at tent@jalsasalana.org.uk to inquire about tent availability.
- Booking Form Submission – Guests must select their preferred tent type and complete the booking form available on the Jalsa Salana website: 🔗 https://jalsasalana.org.uk/private-tent-hire/
- Mandatory Verification (Local Jamaat Approval) All booking requests must include confirmation from the guest’s Local Jamaat Sadr if in the UK or via the Jamaat General Secretary’s office if outside of the UK.
- Accepted forms of verification:
- A signed and stamped letter (scanned and attached to the booking form), or
- An email confirmation from the Local Jamaat Sadr/General Secretary
- Note: If submitted via email, it must be sent from an official Jamaat email address.
- Review & Invoice – Once the booking form is submitted, the Tents Team will review the request. If approved, an invoice will be issued to the email address provided.
- Payment & Confirmation – Guests must complete payment via bank transfer to the Jalsa Salana account. Upon receipt of payment, the Tents Team will issue a booking confirmation, including a tent booking reference, which secures the reservation.
