Q. I live close to Baitul Futuh Mosque/Hadeeqatul Mahdi. Can I come to your office to apply for a car pass?
A. Car Pass Office recommends that all UK Jamaat members, irrespective of location, apply and collect their Car Pass through their Local President.
Q. I have received my Car Pass. How can I request a change of details?
A. Please visit our office in Baitul Futuh during opening times. No appointment required.
Q. I am visiting your office anyway, can I also request car passes for other family members/friends?
A. They must apply through their local President, Jazak’Allah.
Q. How can I get a Disabled Car Pass for Jalsa Salana?
A. Please provide a copy of your disabled badge or a letter from your doctor to your President. He can then apply on your behalf

Q. I live abroad and am attending UK Jalsa – how can I apply for a car pass?
A. Please visit our page on Jalsa website and fill out the form available there.
Q. I do not know my car registration as I will be hiring a car once I am in the UK – how can I apply?
A. Please insert ‘Hired Car’ when applying and update us once you have the registration number.
Q. Where can I collect my Car Pass from?
A. Please collect your pass from our office in the Baitul Futuh Mosque. If you are coming directly to Hadeeqatul Mahdi, then collect it from our office there in the Main Car Park.
Presidents of UK Jama’ats
Q. I am a President – how can I make get car passes for members of my Jama’at?
A. Please apply on the online portal – login details have been sent to your Jama’at email address.
Q. There is only one row in the link but I have multiple passes to apply.
A. Please use “Add Row” tab to add as many passes as you may want to.
Q. One or more of the passes’ status is showing declined or rejected. How can I correct them.
A. Please apply again using correct details like correct spellings of their name and AIMS number etc.
Q. Some members want to change some details on their pass like Car Registration etc.
A. Please ask them to return the pass to our office or to you (the president), then you can request to cancel them and apply again with the new details.
Q. How can I request a Disabled Car Pass for a member?
A. Please ask for their disabled badge or a doctor’s letter and insert details.
PLEASE NOTE it is very important that you put Disabled Badge holder’s AIMS in the application, even if they are not the driver of the car.
Q. What type of Car Pass can members apply for?
A. Members can apply for a “G” car pass for general car park or a “D” car pass for disabled parking area.

Q. I am a Nazim/department head, how can I request a car pass for myself and/or my team.
A. Please see your email for log in details. If you have not received an email then contact us or your Naib Afsar.
Q. I want to apply for a specific category of car pass but I can not see that particular category in my portal.
A. Please contact Nazim Car Passes or your Naib Afsar.
Q. How can I add more than one pass in my application?
A. Please use the tab “Add Row” every time you want to add a request.
Q. How can I request a change of details on a pass?
A. Please bring the pass to our office and get it changed over there.
Q. How can I check the status of my application?
A. Please log in to your portal whenever you like to check the status of your submitted applications.
Q. How can I arrange a collection of passes?
A. Please follow the instructions on your portal.
Q. I have overseas workers in my team. How can I apply for their Car passes?
A. Please use tab “contractors/overseas workers” to apply for their passes.
